Manufacturer: Syracuse China
Pattern name: Accent
Date range of pieces shown: 1958-62
Notes: Variously described as: grass, seaweed or windswept, for example, this pattern with intersecting flowing, leaf-like forms against straight lines was identified through a binder of underglazed Syracuse patterns (see above). The editor assumed that the pattern orientation should be the same as in the binder, but the cup photos show a looser interpretation. An additional photo shows a larger version of the pattern on a plate with the smaller version as well. Colors are shown in black and tan (possibly a dull gold) with red and teal green.
