Manufacturer: Warwick China Co.
User: Al-an-net Coffee Shop
Distributor: Steel Hardware Co.
Date of creamer: 1927 – 1935
Notes: The only location found for the coffee shop was in Kinsley, Kan. According to the Kinsley Library, it was listed in the Kinsley Mercury and Graphic newspaper with slightly different capitalizations as Al-An-Net Coffee Shop and Al-an-net Coffee Shop from Jan. 27, 1927 to Jan. 24, 1935.
Hotel Red Books during that time show that Kinsley had only one small hotel and a population of 2,000.
Steel Hardware, also was located in Kansas. From The Hardware Review, April 1922, is a notation about the distributor: "Two of the oldest business houses in Wichita, Kan., the Steel Hardware Co. and the china and glassware store of E.A. Huse have consolidated. The two firms will be operated under the name of the Steel Hardware Co."
The creamer is decorated in black with a band of geometric design; underneath is the shop's name in a script font: Al-an-net.
