Notes: Per the Wikipedia, Boston City Hospital opened in 1864 to serve primarily indigent patients and in 1996 merged with Boston University Medical Center to become Boston Medical Center.
The Campania pattern of leaves and daisies in a sepia brown is applied to a tan clay body. In a circle in the center is the crest of the City of Boston with the words in an outer circle: The Boston City Hospital and the date 1864.
