Manufacturer: Carr China Company
Pattern: Carr Mystery Pattern 7
Date of creamer: 1952
Notes: Nothing is known about this pattern, but given its date, February 1952, it might have been a Warwick China pattern since Carr ended up with Warwick's decorating cylinders when that company closed.
This theory is a step closer to being confirmed, having just seen this pattern with a 1950 Warwick backstamp.
UPDATE: We found this pattern in a circa 1940s Warwick Catalog and Price List No. 20. Shown at above, it is called 4038-11-86-33. The base pattern would have been 4038 and the other numbers refer to style numbers for the decorations.
Editor's note: This entry comes from the Carr China website whose content has been transferred to the IDwiki. An effort was made on that site to capture as many examples produced by Carr as possible, and for that reason they might include more mystery patterns and topmarked pieces, or those that might not ordinarily be thought of strictly speaking as restaurant ware.
