Notes: This is a sample plate for the Club Cassano, a restaurant and supper club located at 142 E. Fourth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is not known if an order was ever produced for the club.
A story in the April 11, 1934 issue of the Cincinnati Post, the club's opening was planned for April 13, with luncheon, cocktail hour, dinner and entertainment. And an ad in the Feb. 24, 1936, issue of the Cincinnati Enquirer was for a "receiver's auction of the entire equipment of the Club Cassano," less than two years after its opening.
