Notes: The Colonial at 58-62 Broadway, in Bangor, Pennsylvania, opened before 1906. It only had about 41 rooms, but it operated on the American plan with both a dining room and a coffee shop. It was still operating as a hotel in 1950, but is not listed in the 1958 Hotel Red Book. By 2012, it was operating as a restaurant, the Broadway Pub, which is still in business today (2025).
