Notes: Dorado Beach Hotel and Golf Club was located in Dorado, Puerto Rico. twenty miles west of San Juan. Laurance Rockefeller created the resort on land purchased by the Rockefeller family in the early 1900s. Opened in 1958, the resort offered a Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course, salt water pool and two private beaches. It later became Dorado Beach Hyatt Hotel and is currently Hyatt Hacienda del Mar.
