Notes: From the Wikipedia, First Christian Church of Columbus, Indiana – formerly Tabernacle Church of Christ – was built in 1942 and designed by renowned architect Eliel Saarinen in a Modern style and who was said to have also designed the furnishings for the building – and ostensibly these dishes in the likeness of the church.

The building received designation as a National Historic Landmark in 2001.
