Notes: The Flat Iron Restaurant and Cafe was located in Manhattan's famed Flat Iron Building at Broadway, Fifth Avenue and 23rd Street in New York City and served "breakfast, dinner, supper," according to its ads in The New York Times.
The first mention of it found is a 1905 menu contained in a scholarly archives. The last clippings are from 1911. By March 4, 1911, a Lust Greenwald was operating the restaurant.
