Notes: Hick's Drive-Inn Restaurant was located one mile south of Shively on Dixie Highway, U.S. 31W and 60 in Louisville, Ky. Open 24 hours a day, Hick's specialized in steaks, chops and chicken dinners, with breakfast served at any hour and available curb-side service.
