Notes: Based on the postcard above, the Illinois Sugar Bowl was located at 422 Main St. in Peoria, Ill., and manufactured "pure high grade ice cream" and operated a retail dairy bar.
The compote has a checker border and a line drawing of a woman scooping a topping onto a cup of ice cream within a sugar bowl, with the words Illinois Sugar Bowl in script. Also included is Peoria, Ill. All decoration is black on white.
