Manufacturer: Home Laughlin China
User: Little Mama's, Charlotte, N.C.
Date of plate: 2020
Notes: Little Mama's Italian Kitchen opened June 19, 2020 – in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic – and despite initially offering takeout meals only, was able to open a second location in 2024. From its website: "Inspired by the 1960s and 70s Italian restaurants of his youth, Frank Scibelli opened Little Mama's in 2020 as a sister concept to Mama Ricotta's, a Midtown fixture since 1992 known for its pizzas and comfort classics."
The china is classic green-lined ware with the Little Mama's logo positioned at the top of the plate.
A second pattern, a modern version of the classic Chardon Rose (originally made by Shenango), is also used by the restaurant.
