Notes: Lowery's Seafood Restaurant had been located in Tappahannock, Virginia, since 1938 and was begun by Wesley and Lorelle Hutchinson Lowery. Per their former website, they specialized in local seafood, fried chicken, spoon bread and bread pudding.
The restaurant closed in September 2020, even after a visit and makeover by Chef Gordon Ramsey. See probably some of the reasons for the closure on this clip on IMBD.com.
