Notes: Manger Hotels were located mainly in New York City, N.Y. Between 1922 and 1925, Manger had 5,500 rooms available in 11 New York City hotels. By 1929, there were 12 Manger Hotels in New York City, one in Boston, and one in Chicago. By 1938, there were only four hotels in NYC and one in Boston. There were no Manger Hotels listed in the 1948-1949 Hotel Red Book.
White body, oval plate. Band on rim with tulips, broken by the Manger crest with interlocking M H C surrounded by acanthus leaves & swirls with the head of a unicorn above. Below is a banner with Manger Hotels. All decoration in orange and black.
