Notes: From a July 2022, article by Diana Cooper in MontclairGirl.com: "Mayfair Farms was formerly known as The Mayfair Club. The property, located at 481 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, was purchased in 1942 by local businessman Martin L. Horn Sr. After much renovation, the property was transformed into a 'gracious home' which was used as a private luncheon club. It then evolved into a restaurant and catering facility known as Mayfair Farms. In 1943, Martin Horn was awarded the first President of the New Jersey Restaurant Association for his faithful service.
"Mayfair … was an iconic location known for having beautiful wedding receptions and events."
According to its Facebook page, Mayfair Farms closed on June 30, 2022.
