Notes: The Hotel Muscle Shoals at 500 North Montgomery Avenue in Sheffield, Alabama, was built in the late 1950s in downtown Sheffield. It closed in the 1960s and was sold to Shoals Hospital in 1968. The building was used as a hospital until 1984. Afterwards it was sold to the Park Place Retirement LLC.
Sterling white body vitrified china with a medium thick green band at the top edge under which is a green line drawing of the Wheeler Dam. The words "Hotel Muscle Shoals" in a simple green script font are arched over the drawing. Near the bottom of the creamer is a matching green thin band.
