Notes: The Old Town Club is located at 1375 Old Town Club Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The golf course was established by Mrs. Mary Reynolds Babcock and opened January 1, 1939. Platinum Blue body, topmarked in red transfer with an overlapping "TCO" monogram set within a vertical oval frame with a series of dots in the frame outline. The 'T' with curved serifs, is the large center letter, while the 'C' and small 'O' are centered on the 'T.'
