Notes: The Overlook was built in 1903 overlooking the Charlton area. The hotel was a 50-room summer resort hotel and was listed as a "Trolley Hotel," which was most likely accessible by trolley or interurban for persons coming to Charlton to enjoy the scenery and the resort atmosphere.

The hotel was short-lived. In 1908, it was sold to the Mount Hope Masonic Lodge of Fall River, which by 1911, became their Masonic Home for aging Masons.
