Notes: Pearl's by the sea was a restaurant in Gig Harbor, Washington, located at 13802 Purdy Drive. It is not known when it opened or closed, but an article by Ann Vogel for the Sun dated Dec. 26, 2002, talks about the opening of a new restaurant called the Beach House that opened in June, 2002. The article states the following: "Their 120-seat restaurant opened in June after a major gutting and remodel of the former Pearl's by the Sea restaurant and dance hall beside Henderson Bay. Famous decades ago, for its chicken, pies and social atmosphere, the former social hub is documented in old photos donated by relatives of Pearl's original owner. Old-timers have visited the revamped restaurant to re-live memories and to see the historic photos on display."
It is not known how long the Beach House continued to operate, but the most recent Google Map (Nov. 2021) shows that the location is now Massimo Italian Bar & Grill.
