Notes: This 100-room hotel opened it's doors in 1920, on Brighton Avenue in Rochester, PA. It was the home of the famous "Beaver Room" and the "Country Squire Dining Room." In 1959, the hotel was refurbished at a cost of $150,000 with 76 rooms. It was still listed in the Hotel Red Book of 1973. It was later converted to the Penn Beaver Medical Building.
