Notes: Located on Lake of the Woods, Sioux Narrows, ONT, Canada; the Red Indian Lodge opened in 1938. This rather high-end fishing camp is still going strong with 16 cabins, dining room, lodge, and boats complete with guides.

Although the manufacturer is unknown, the cup is marked Canada in black on the bottom.
