Notes: Richmond is not seen all that often as made by Carr, but it was a very common restaurant-ware pattern among other manufacturers.

White body china with an elaborate border in green around the rim. The outer portion of the border consists of a tight string of white "beads" outlined in green. Directly under the "beads" is a green scalloped band, and under that is a band of green stylized flowers also in green.
