From the catalogue page: "This pattern is a charming new variation of the traditional motif of the rose cluster encircled with a garland of delicate sprays.
"Imaginatively carried out in rose on white body, Seattle Rose is a Shenango original, designed by one of our top-flight contemporary artists. Revolutionary new techniques have kept its price unbelievably 'right.'"
The numbers shown on the backstamp of the pictured examples might indicate they were sample pieces, with 6710 as the pattern number and 22 the color.
