Notes: The Sir Pizza chain of restaurants started in 1965 as an offshoot of Pizza King in Muncie, Indiana. This franchise chain has locations in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Michigan and a few other states. Its claim to fame is having all the delicious ingredients right to the edge of the crust and then cut into many square pieces, rather than pie-shaped wedges.
