Manufacturer: Syracuse China
Pattern name: Tudor Rose #57501
Date sauce boat with base: 1912-1919
Notes: This pattern is shown on what a 1914 Syracuse catalog refers to as a "fast stand, oval" shape and what might also be called a sauce boat with attached base. The design is listed in a separate Syracuse catalog as Underglaze Tudor Rose 57501.
A set of china in this pattern was displayed in the Gustav Stickley Furniture Factory Showroom and it is closely associated with the Arts and Crafts movement.
The design consists of double horizontal lines in green intersected by a T-motif of vertical double lines in non-metallic gold and three square, stylized Arts and Crafts era roses in green.
