Notes: Located at 4th & Jefferson streets in Louisville, KY, the 10-story, 250-room Tyler Hotel opened its doors circa 1911. The Tyler was the place to be in the 1920s with its hot band and great entertainment. Renamed The Milner Hotel, the hotel fell into decline and was imploded November 5, 1995.
