Notes: The Army Medical Department was established in 1775 to provide medical care required by the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War.

Ware dated during World War II is commonly found as manufactured by Carr and many other potteries. This hospital covered sugar is not quite as common a shape as some others, and the egg cup with an unusual blue line – the first we've seen.
