Notes: The first Zuider Zee restaurant opened in Fort Worth, TX in 1957, followed by restaurant openings in Arlington, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Lubbock, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Colorado Springs, Denver and Albuquerque. The company changed hands and was renamed Fish n Puppies, and then changed again to the Zuider Zee Seafood Inn.
