Notes: These hors d'oeuvres or cocktail plates were made for The Anchorage restaurant at the Windermere East Hotel in Chicago, Ill.
This series of six images was also used on larger Syracuse plates, on plates with blue Econo-Rim borders, and on white plates with plain rims. It is unknown if there are additional images in this series.
Tan body Econo-Rim 6.5" plates have red airbrushed rims and varied center scenes of Colonial men in wigs preparing, mixing, serving and enjoying drinks.
