Notes: The celery tray was made for the General Brodhead Hotel. Its border in blue and gray leaves and flowers is the Clinton pattern that copyright notes show was designed in June 1926 by Ulrich Hagmann.
The pattern can be found on page 32 of the 1930 Mayer Book of Decorations No. 10.
