Notes: The small chain of Triangle Restaurants was started circa 1915 at the intersection of Broadway, Sheridan Road and Montrose Avenue in Chicago, Ill. by D.L. Toffenetti. His flagship restaurant was located at 57 West Randolph Street in the Rialto area of Chicago.

Taken from a write-up about the "modern" look of the restaurant in 1931, it states, "You are in the House that Ham built. You are about to taste the most succulent hot roast sugar-cured ham you've ever eaten …"
