Notes: The small chain of Triangle Restaurants was started circa 1915 at the intersection of Broadway, Sheridan Road and Montrose Avenue in Chicago, Ill. by D.L. Toffenetti. His flagship restaurant was located at 57 West Randolph Street in the Rialto area of Chicago.
