Notes: A group of investors known as the Wade Park Manor Co. broke ground on September 16, 1921, for what was to become an 11-story apartment hotel at 1890 E. 107th Street and Park Lane in Cleveland, Ohio. The 410-room Wade Park Manor opened January 4, 1923. It contained a 262-seat main dining room, a 41-seat private dining room, and a 200-seat ballroom. A cafeteria for the employees was in the basement. In June 1964, Wade Park Manor was purchased by the Christian Residence Foundation which converted it into an apartment house for single and married retired persons. In 1983, it was renamed Judson Manor, the name it continues to operate as in 2022.
Scammell produced a Lamberton China service plate for Wade Park Manor that is crested in the center of the well with "WPM" in Old English-style letters, within a curved shield frame. The border design is composed of swags, flower vases, and ovals below a coin gold bellflower rim band. Albert Pick & Company, which was the original furnisher for the hotel, supplied these plates. A Scammell sample plate contains an example of this crest with the letters in red. This may have been another china service that they made for the hotel.
